With the offline production of industrial grade touch panels, Yidu has achieved a breakthrough in the production of industrial grade touch screens, injecting strong momentum into the high-end electronic component industry chain.

The company mainly engages in the design and production of medium and large-sized industrial grade touch screens. It settled in Yidu in February last year and officially started production in September. In the modern 7000 square meter factory building of the enterprise, 12 fully automatic production lines are constructed to form a production matrix ranging from 2.5 inches to 100 inches, strictly adhering to the quality control standard of "point particles less than 0.03 millimeters", which is only one-third of the diameter of a human hair. As the first industrial grade touch screen production enterprise in Yidu, its product line covers core components such as touch active pens, single touch screens, and control chips, with terminal applications radiating to more than 30 fields including smart home appliances, medical equipment, airport security control systems, etc.

In order to meet the requirements of refined production, a dust-free workshop has been built. The white film undergoes 27 processes such as washing, etching, and printing, and finally becomes a touch panel that meets the quality requirements, "said Wang Zhen, the director of the production workshop.

Jiefei Mijia uses TLI full lamination technology as its core, and achieves seamless integration of touch screen and display screen through OCA solid-state optical adhesive technology, with a light transmittance of over 92%. The product has been certified in the European and Korean markets, and relying on self-developed key components such as touch active pens and control chips, the enterprise has formed a "screen core pen" technology loop.
