How can ltest a GM monitor?

You are welcome to try out our product quality for yourself during a four-week test phase.


It’s this easy:


1) You submit a request, we’ll be happy to help you select the right monitor


2) We’ll deliver a demo unit free of charge.


3) Test the monitor over the next four weeks.


4) If the monitor impresses you: order right away! Otherwise, return the defect-free test monitor.


Note: if the demo device is damaged, you’ll receive an invoice from us to cover the damage.

My device is defective, how do l get a replacement?
Bring-In Service
If there are defects within the manufacturer's warranty period, your MIKKA monitor will be repaired or replaced as part of the Bring-In Service at our facility in Austria. You will then receive the device back from us.

Where can l get drivers for my monitor?
Drivers for your monitor

You can download drivers for your Single Touch Touch Screen Monitor with 3M touch screen from the manufacturer’s website:  Single touch Touch Screen Monitor driver (directly from the 3M website)

No separate drivers are required for Multi Touch Screen Monitors running Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or later. For drivers for other or older systems, please contact us: Contact us

How do l clean my monitor?
Easy cleaning of the monitor
You can easily clean your monitor with a damp cloth or a conventional glass cleaner. Please always use a cloth or towel and never spray water or cleaners directly onto the screen.
Do l need to calibrate my monitor?
Calibration already done

GM Single Touch Monitors are pre-calibrated. After installation, you can perform a recalibration.

For your Multi Touch Monitor, no calibration is generally required, since the controller is automatically detected and calibrated by the windows-owned HID (human interface device).
